York Ham - the quintessential English Ham. It is dry cured and matured over a period of at least ten weeks, so that it develops a wonderful depth of flavour and a firm yet succulent texture. The curing process means that the York is somewhat drier and saltier than the Honey & Mustard Ham.
Made from out-door reared British pigs.
Please note that because these slices are cut from the cured leg they will not be uniform in size and shape like the reconstituted sliced ham sold in most other outlets.
