Extra Virgin olive Oil Taralli. Taralli are a savoury speciality from the Italian region of Apulia, they are crunchy baked pastry circles made with 0 flour, white wine and extra virgin olive oil. A little like breadsticks that have been twisted into a round. Taralli are a delicious addition to a plate of anti-pasti or cheese or simply eat on there own with a glass of wine.
