Thai Red Curry Paste - 400g

Thai red curry paste  - an authentic Thai favourite based on red chillis with garlic, aromatic lemongrass and kaffir lime peel
grass.

Simply stir fry 50g of the paste with 50g of Coconut Milk until fragrant. Add the meat of your choice or prawns and stir until cooked. Add another 100g coconut milk and 100g water and bring to the boil. Add vegetables as preferred. Ready to serve!
