How to Track Your Order
When we dispatch your order we send you an email to inform you. You also receive an email from the courier with details of your shipment and tracking information for your parcel (Yodel for UK deliveries, DHL for Deliveries outside the UK).

If you have not yet received a dispatch email from us
Please login to your account on our website in the customer login box on the right hand side of this page to check the status of your order. Login using the email address used and the password set by you when you placed your order with us. If your order is marked as dispatched, please click here to email us and we will send you the tracking number for your parcel.

If you have received a dispatch email from us & delivery is to a UK address
To track you parcel online go to HERE and enter the tracking number that you received from Yodel starting with the letters JJD, alternatively call 0844 248 0555
If you have misplaced Yodel's email with your tracking number please click here to email us and we will send you the number.

If you have received a dispatch email from us & delivery is to an address outside the UK
To track you parcel online go to HERE and enter the tracking number that you received from DHL into the "Track your shipment" box , alternatively call DHL in your home country.
If you have misplaced DHL's email with your tracking number please click here to email us and we will send you the number .
