How to Track Your Order
When we dispatch your order we will send you an email to inform you that your order is on its way. You will also receive an email from the courier with details of your shipment and tracking information for your parcel (UPS for most UK deliveries, Parcel Force for remote areas of the UK and DHL for Deliveries outside the UK).

Please login to your account on our website in the customer login box on the right hand side of this page to check the status of your order. Login using the email address used and the password set by you when you placed your order with us.
If your order is marked as dispatched and you have not received a shipping email from the courier then please click here to email us, quoting you name and order number and we will forward the courier's email to you.
If your order is not marked as dispatched then please allow up to a week for us to process your order.

If you have misplaced the email from UPS (Parcel Force for remote areas) please click here to email us, quoting you name and order number and we will forward the courier's email to you. This email from the courier contains a link to their live tracking for your parcel.
