Ragu di Cinghiale Lepre (wild hare) - a superb quality rich ragu (meat sauce) for pasta that is full of flavour. It has the classic Tuscan ingredients of tomatoes, wild hare meat (51%), extra virgin olive oil, fresh vegetables and red wine.
Perfect with linguine or pappardelle and plenty of freshly grated parmesan. Simply heat and serve - tasty fast food!
