Unio Moscatel Vinegar - 500ml

Moscatel vinegar is one of our favourite wine vinegars - rich and aromatic, retaining the honey/apricot flavour of moscatel wine.

Made using the Schutzenbach method of cold acetification, this slow process results in a vinegar which captures and retains many of the aromas and flavours of the original varietal grapes.
