Unripe Grape Juice or Sour Grape Juice (Husroum in Arabic) - a widely used ingredient in Middle Eastern cooking where it often used where in the West we would use wine. This tart, acidic juice is made, as its name suggests, from unripened, sour grapes.
Unripe Grape Juice is similar to the more delicate and complex flavoured verjuice (which we also sell) which is made from juice of semi-ripe, unfermented wine grapes.
