Valdespino Sherry Vinegar, Jerez DOP - this top quality, delicious sherry vinegar is made by a small family-owned bodega in Jerez, which also produces Fino & Oloroso Sherries. Typically 8-10 years old, its intense flavour comes from the sherry barrels in which it is stored. It adds sweetness and piquancy to cooked meat, soups and salads.
