Vanilla Pod

A whole vanilla pod in a resealable glass tube to keep it fresh. Sourced from either Madagascar or Papua New Guinea, depending on availability.

Try putting into a jar of sugar to make vanilla sugar, or split the pod and add the seeds to custard or homemade ice cream to add real depth of flavour. Don't forget that you can reuse a pod so it can last for ages.
