1 Cup Italian Espresso Pot - traditional Neapolitan style aluminium stove top espresso pot.

Water is placed in the lower part of the espresso pot and finely ground coffee is placed in the central container. When the water boils, the pressure of the steam pushes the boiling water up through the grounds producing the characteristic gurgling sound and the brewed coffee is collected in the top half of the pot. When there is no water left in the lower half, the gurgling stops and the coffee is ready.
