Wasabi Powder (Japanese Horseradish Powder) - 30g
Wasabi Powder - due to its strong flavour Wasabi is nicknamed "nami da" in Japanese, meaning "tears". It is stronger than mustard, and a little less sharp and more aromatic than horseradish. It is cultivated in the mountains of Japan where it grows in clean, fresh water.
Wasabi is often eaten with raw fish, but is also traditionally added to broth and dipping sauces and eaten with noodles. It's also great in Western cooking - try adding a small amount to a stir fry or pasta dish.
This wasabi is in powder form so you can mix it to suit your taste.
