Wigmore

Wigmore is made by Annie and Andy Wigmore in Risely, Berkshire. It is brie-like in texture with with the complex, fruity flavours - one of our favourites! Described by cheese authority Juliet Harbutt as a "taste sensation of wild flowers, burnt caramel, macadamia nuts and roast lamb".
