Wild Rocket (Rucola Selvatica) Seeds

Wild Rocket (Rucola Sevatica) seeds - a great quality rocket with a stronger flavour than the more usual cultivated strains. Mid-sized open bunches of green serrated leaved with delicate crunchy stalks and an intensely aromatic, spicy flavour.

Rich in Vitamin C, rocket is fantastic in salads or on pizzas, adding a peppery flavour. Try with fresh figs and slices of proscuitto drizzled with olive oil and some balsamic vinegar - delicious!
