Wine Vinegar Barbera e Nebbiolo

Vinegar made by renowned winemaker Claudio Rosso in Piedmont using Barbera and Nebbiolo grapes exclusively from his own estate. Its fine red wine bouquet and its 7% acidity make it a great vinegar for salad dressing and marinading. Matured in oak, mulberry, cherry and chestnut casks, this is a superb 'hard to find' red wine vinegar.
