Capirete 8 Year old Reserva Sherry Vinegar, Jerez DOP - large 750ml bottle of great quality sherry vinegar from Jerez. Matured in American Oak Barrels for 8 years using the Solera method. This vinegar has an instense amber colour with touches of mahogany, and full-bodied well-balanced flavour and an aroma with hints of dried fruits and oak.
Use for cooking as a seasoning or for pickling or on salads. 8% acidity.
