Achiote Liquid Marinade - a Mexican annatto seed and spice condiment for marinades. The flavour and bright, but completely natural, orange colour of achiote makes for a perfect marinade for meat or chicken or to colour rice dishes. Use a generous amount to marinate chicken, beef and pork, or prepare a succulent “Cochinita Pibil”.
Annatto seeds, also known as achiote, have a mild, earthy flavour and bright red colour which is why they are often used as a natural food colouring.
