Apple Cider Vinegar from Asturias - this Spanish vinegar is produced by Llagar de Oles using the Orleans method, and aged in Chestnut barrels. It is made from apple varieties selected from the producers own orchards. It is regarded as the best Asturian cider vinegar.
With aromas of fruit with notes of wood, complex and balanced cider flavours with hints of butterscotch, and moderate acidity this is a very versatile vinegar. Perfect in stews, pickles, fish and all kind of salads, or try mixing it with carbonated water for a refreshing drink.
