Cantabrian Anchovies, Consorcio
Cantabrian Anchovies - the finest anchovies come from the Cantabrian sea in north of Spain from one of Spain's finest fish companies, Consorcio. These are the highest quality anchovies from the "Engraulis encrasicholus" family caught at the optimum time, between the months of April and June on the Cantabrian coast.
Cantabrian anchovies are famous for their quality, meaty fillets ranging from reddish brown to light caramel in colour and with a superb flavour.
