Mini Crepes Dentelle with a creamy Chocolate Hazelnut Filling (Berlingots) - crepe dentelle are feather-light, crunchy, buttery rolled French biscuits with a touch of caramel and were first made in 1888 and are a speciality of Brittany. These small filled bites are a twist on the classic.
Delicious with tea or coffee but make a great crispy accompaniment to desserts, particularly creamy desserts such as mousses, syllabubs or ice cream.
