Dried Morel Mushrooms (30g)
Dried Morels (Morilles) - these highly prized wild mushrooms with their honeycomb-like appearance add an exceptional flavour to your cooking.
To use rinse the mushrooms in lukewarm watr then place in a small bowl and cover with hot water. Allow to soak for 15 minutes before draining (but don't throw away this liquid as it is full of flavour and can be used in stocks etc.). Then cover the mushrooms with boiling water and leave for one minute and drain. The mushrooms are now ready for cooking.
