Guerande Fleur de Sel (Flower of the Salt) - this rare white French salt is the finest grade of guerande salt and it is rich in minerals. Fleur de sel is naturally white and isn't crushed or washed so keeping its incomparable flavour.  Not to be confused with the grey Gros Sel Guerande which we also sell.

Unlike refined industrial salts, Guérande Salt does not undergo any form of washing or chemical treatment, and nothing is added (anti-caking agent, flow improvement agent, fluorine, iodine or nitrite). All of Guérande Salts that we sell are organic sea salts - 100% natural.

Guérande Salt is produced in Brittany by the ocean, sun and wind and is hand-harvested by salt workers, using skills and methods that are over a thousand years old. This Fleur de Sel is carefully skimmed off the top of the salt pans as the seawater evaporates which why is is called the "flower of the salt". 

Use at the table or simply sprinkle onto your food during the final stages of or after cooking.
