Fusilli Bucati Corti Pasta - short spirals of bronze drawn durum wheat pasta originally from Campania. Traditionally fusilli bucati were made by twisting spaghetti around on a knitting needle to give the distinctive corkscrew shape and unlike regular fusilli, this pasta is hollow inside the spiral.
Fusilli bucati corti are very versatile. Try with a ragu or vegetables or fish. Also works well in baked pasta dishes where the hollow inside will trap the sauce.
