Jamon Iberico de Bellota - one of the world's finest hams, hand carved from the slowly cured leg of a black-footed Iberian pig (Pata Negra) that has been fed on acorns and then cured in Guijuelo, Salamanca for 4 years.
With it superb flavour this ham almost melts in your mouth. The nuttiness of the acorns comes through in the meat and fat, and even better the fat is actually good for you as it is rich in oleic acid - just like olive oil!
Produced by an ibérico meat curing specialist in Guijuelo with over 100 years of experience.
N.B. As this ham must be kept chilled it is only suitable for express delivery to the mainland UK which excludes off-shore islands, remote areas and Northern Ireland.
