Hoi Sin sauce (or Hoisin sauce) is a classic Chinese spicy-sweet sauce is made from a blend of soya-based ingredients with an array of spices and local specialities including salted plums, sesame and chilli peppers.
Hoisin Sauce is typically used as a barbeque sauce or is served with Peking Duck, but can also be used in stir fries.
