00 Flour (Italian Doppio Zero, Farina Tipo 00) imported from Italy where it is typically used for making fresh pasta. However this very fine, soft wheat flour is very versatile and 00 flour is also fantastic for Italian breads such as focaccia and ciabatta.
For feather-light pastry, cakes and biscuits try our Italian 00 cake flour - Farina 00 per Dolci. If you are making pizza then we would recommend our 00 Pizza Flour which has a slightly higher protein content for a perfect crust.
