Manitoba Flour - the Italian equivalent of what we, in the UK, would call strong white bread flour to use for slow rising doughs such as breads, brioche or panettone. Also known in Italy as Farina D'America.

Classified as Tipo '0' flour which a slightly coarser grind than Tipo "00" (for pasta or cakes or pizza).
