Italian Mushroom Pate (Trito di Funghi) - this mushroom pate or paste made from a mix of mushrooms including porcini, has a delicate flavour which goes well with classic egg tagliatelle dishes.
Just stir into the pasta with a tablespoon of mascarpone and serve with a glass of Sangiovese di Romagna DOC. Alternatively this mushroom pate is great for canapes or simply spread on some crusty bread.
