Riso Rosso (Camargue Red Rice) - ruby coloured wholemeal wild rice with an aromatic nutty flavour. It is a rich in fibre, vitamin B, minerals and antioxidants. Recommended for use in fish and vegetable dishes, or enjoy simply boiled as a side dish or cold in salads where the red colour looks very attractive.
Since 1933, Riseria Campanini has been carefully selecting only the very best rice from the traditional rice-growing regions of Lombardy, Veneto and Elimia in northern Italy.
