Frozen kataifi pastry (kadaif pastry) - finely shredded filo pastry which looks a little like very fine vermicelli noodles or shredded wheat. Widely used in Middle Eastern, Greek and Turkish baking for making pastries.
Defrost thoroughly in the fridge before using.
N.B This is a frozen product so we cannot guarantee that it will still be frozen when it is delivered but it will be kept chilled. Needs to be sent on by Express Delivery so only suitable for mainland UK delivery, excludes Scottish Highlands, NI and UK off-shore islands.
