Large Hickory Liquid Smoke - 472ml
Hickory Liquid Smoke in a large bottle - a great way of adding a smoky flavour to food. Liquid Smoke is made by passing water through a chamber filled with hickory smoke, and the result is a liquid with a concentrated BBQ smoke flavour.
Try adding to marinades for meat or vegetables, hamburgers, or dips for an instant BBQ flavour, or simply brush a little over hot dogs, hamburgers and steak before grilling to give them a smokey flavour.
With such a concentrated flavour a little of this liquid smoke goes a long way.

Absolutely brilliant. The smokey flavour that the colgin products give to food is lovely. I go through quite a bit of both the hickory and the pecan flavours as make my own bbq sauces and own recipe bbq beans. Even brushing on meats and adding to chilli con carne makes a huge difference. You don't need a huge amount of this to make a difference. I make roughly 3 litres of bbq beans at a time and only use 6 tablespoons of this. So it does pack a truck load of flavour. Want to wow friends with flavour, definately give the colgin range a try.
