Simply top quality, sun-ripened and hand-picked peppers and vinegar combined with salt and then left to ferment during the aging process. A recipe that hasn't changed in generations.
Medium heat around 450 on the Scoville scale so milder than many hot sauces but with lots of flavour. Current stock dated Dec. 2025
