Massaman Thai Curry Paste
Thai Massaman Curry Paste - fairly hot, based on chillies, garlic, shallots & lemon grass and spices including cardamom and cinnamon. Ideal with beef.
Simply heat oil in a saucepan and add half a pack of Massaman paste and 200g of Beef and fry for 5 minuites. Add the rest of the curry paste and 200g of milk and 200g of water and bring to the boil. Add potato and onion a simmer for 25 minutes. Add a pinch or salt and sugar as needed.
