Mexican Corn Tortillas (15cm, 1kg)
Corn Tortillas in a 1kg catering size pack - imported from Mexico and simply made with just ground nixtamalised corn. These tortillas are wheat free and are perfect for making tacos, folded and griddled into quesadillas, or dipped and rolled for enchiladas.
Long date (Jan 2023), but use within a few days of opening the packet or simply freeze. To use from frozen, just prise one tortilla off the stack at a time & heat in a hot pan on both sides or defrost in the fridge.
