Mohalabia - Middle Eastern Rice Pudding
Mohalabia - a classic Middle Eastern rice pudding mix. This creamy pudding is best served cold with spices and nuts. Or, for a special treat, drizzle with our Wild Flower Mountain Honey, sprinkle over some Raw Pistachios and top with whipped cream.
To use: dissolve the contents of the pack in a pan with 4 cups of cold milk. Heat stirring occasionally until boiling. Once it has thickened pour into individual dessert bowls and allow to cool. Decorate with nuts, almonds, honey, jam or cream before serving
