Description
Naboulsi Cheese (Naboulsieh, Nabulsi) - classic Palestinian salty, firm cheese seasoned with black cumin (nigella) seeds and preserved in brine. Naboulsi cheese is similar to feta in texture and is popular throughout the Middle East.

Named after the town of Nablus on the West Bank. Nabulsi cheese can be eaten straight from the jar,  or fried in oil, and it is also an important ingredient of the Palestinian dessert knafeh.


N.B. As this cheese must be kept chilled below 7C, it is only suitable for mainland UK delivery which excludes UK remote areas, offshore islands and Northern Ireland.
