Naboulsi Cheese (Nabulsi, Naboulsieh)
Named after the town of Nablus on the West Bank. Nabulsi cheese can be eaten straight from the jar, or fried in oil, and it is also an important ingredient of the Palestinian dessert knafeh.
N.B. As this cheese must be kept chilled below 7C, it is only suitable for mainland UK delivery which excludes UK remote areas, offshore islands and Northern Ireland.
