'Nduja is typically eaten in Calabria spread on some crusty bread but it is a very versatile ingredient. Try on pizza or add a little to sauces or soups or simply stir into pasta for an added punch of flavour.
This 'nduja is made in the small Calabrian town of Spezzano Piccolo.
Keep refrigerated 2-8C. Typically has at least a couple of months shelf life, but once open consume within 7 days. Also suitable for home freezing.
N.B. As this nduja must be kept chilled it is only suitable for Express Delivery to the mainland UK which excludes Scottish Highlands, offshore islands and Northern Ireland, but we also have jars of 'nduja that don't need to be refrigerated so can be shipped everywhere else in the UK.
