Nocciolata contains only top quality hazelnuts, the best cocoa and cocoa butter varieties, cane sugar, skimmed powdered milk, cold-pressed sunflower oil and natural vanilla extract.
No palm oil or hydrogenated fats, no aromas, preservatives or colorants. Plus it has 30% less sugar than regular chocolate/hazelnut spreads.

 The Rigoni family first started producing preserves almost 100 years ago when the company was founded by grandmother, Nonna Elisa. After the First World War, the young widowed mother of nine hungry children used her late husbands beekeeping skills to start her own small business with her eldest sons, Mario and Paolo. Today, Nonna Elisas family run the company inherited from their grandmother with her same enthusiasm and love for nature.
