Finca La Barca Smoked Olive Oil - a very special Spanish extra virgin olive oil made from arbequina olives. It is oak smoked using the traditional method for smoking Spain's finest paprika, pimenton de la vera. This oak smoking process takes 15 days and gives what is already a very fine olive oil a remarkable flavour and aroma.
Production of this smoked oil is very limited and each bottle is numbered and then sealed with wax.
This superb oil will add a complex smoked flavour to grilled fish, meat dishes and salads.
