Oak Smoked Mayonnaise from Spain, La Barca
Oak Smoked Mayonnaise - a rich and creamy mayonnaise from Toledo in Spain made using oak-smoked olive oil from Finca la Barca. This oil is naturally smoked over the fires that are used to dry the peppers which make Pimentón de la Vera. Serve with chicken or salmon or Spanish white asparagus, or use whenever you would normally use mayonnaise.
