Organic Acacia Honey from Italy with a Drizzler attached, raw -  acacia is probably the best known and loved of Italian honey with its light colour, sweet flavour of vanilla and sweet almond, and delicate, sightly floral, fresh fruit fragrance. Wonderful to serve with cheese, yoghurt or cake or as a sweetener for teas, infusions and coffee.

This acacia honey is produced in the uncontaminated forests of Roero and Monferrato, where the plant grows luxuriantly covered with fragrant white flowers from which a precious nectar is born that the bees collect and transform into honey. No crystallization. Fragrance: Slightly floral, of fresh fruit. Taste: Very sweet, vanilla, sugared almond, sweet almond.

This raw honey is cold-processed so that it is rich in vitamins, minerals, enzymes and organic acids as well as natural antibacterial and antibiotic properties. Regular in-house inspections and independent certification authorities check the honey to guarantee the entire line from collection to the jar.
