Paneangeli Crema Pasticcera (Pastry Cream, Creme Patissiere) - simply mix the contents with 300ml of milk at room temperature, to make 500ml of smooth pastry cream, with a hint of vanilla and lemon.
Use to fill cream puffs, custard or small pastries. Also suitable for subsequently baking, and can be frozen and thawed.
