Payment
Methods of Payment
All orders need to be placed through our fully secure website which you are currently browsing. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Solo, Visa Electron and Visa Debit (Delta) and Mastercard Debit payments.
In order to ensure that your payment details are handled in the most secure manner possible we don't take payments over the telephone.
Minimum Order Values
We have a minuimum order of £10 (excluding VAT) for most of the UK, rising to £15 for some remote & off-shore areas. Please see our Delivery Page for further information for the UK and rest of Europe.
Returns Policy
Faulty Items
We hope that you will be delighted with the items that you order from us, but if any goods we supply are faulty, they will be replaced free of charge or your money will be refunded. Please don't dispose of any faulty items or their packaging without our written authorisation to do so. All items, and their original packaging must be either returned to us or be available for us to inspect.
Damaged Items
Any goods that have been damaged in transit will be either refunded or replaced free of charge. Whether or not the exterior of the parcel shows any signs of damage, please check the goods that you have received as soon as possible.
All damage must be reported to us by email within 24 hours of receipt of your parcel, please don't telephone us we will still need you to provide us with written confirmation to process your damage claim.
Please don't dispose of any damaged items or their packaging without our written authorisation to do so. All items, and their original packaging must be either returned to us or be available for us or the courier to inspect, even if the parcel was signed for as damaged on delivery. In addition it may be necessary for you to provide us with photographs of the damage which we are required to forward to the courier.
If a parcel appears damaged on delivery please sign for it as damaged and then contact us for further instructions. Unfortunately we cannot accept damage claims if you refuse delivery as we will have no evidence of the condition of the parcel when you received it, and you will also incur the cost of the return delivery.
Because of the time limits imposed on us to submit damage claims it is essential that damaged items are returned to us or, if requested, photographs are received by us within seven days of your parcel being dispatched, after this time we will no longer be able to process your claim.
All items are checked carefully before packing and shipping and we are unable to accept damage claims for minor damage to the exterior packaging of these items during transit (e.g. minor dents, scratches or tears in the packaging) when the contents are not compromised.
Missing Items
All orders are checked at least twice before packing and a delivery note is included with each parcel. If any items are missing from the parcel but listed on the delivery note, please report this to us by email within 24 hours of receipt of your parcel. Unless you do not have an email address, please do not telephone us to tell us as we require written confirmation from you in order to process your claim.
Please read our Terms & Conditions for full details of our cancellation & returns policies. We comply with the requirements of Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Once your order has been passed to our warehouse for processing and shipping it is not possible to cancel the shipment. You will of course have the right to return the parcel under the conditions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations if they apply to your order. Please note that this right of return only applies when cancelling an entire order. It is not possible to partially cancel an order and return individual unwanted items.
For deliveries within the UK/EU, refunds for orders that are simply no longer wanted and can be cancelled under the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be made, if you notify us by email or in writing of your intent to return the order within 14 days of your order being delivered and if all items in the order are then returned to us, at your cost, unopened, undamaged and in re-saleable condition, within 14 days.
Please note this right of return/order cancellation only applies to individuals and not to companies or businesses. Also perishable, temperature sensitive or short-shelf life food items, or goods that have been prepared or produced to order, or to your individual specifications cannot be returned unless faulty.
