Pecorino Sardo DOP (Mature) - 200g
Pecorino Sardo (Fiore Sardo) - sheeps' milk cheese from Sardinia made only with milk from a breed of native Sardinian sheep that graze in inland mountains of the island.
This mature pecorino is aged for 18 months and the result is firm textured cheese with a rich, slightly spicy and nutty flavour.
Pecorino Capriciotta is ideal for the cheese board ,or for grating or melting over toast. Delicious with some crusty bread and a glass of fruity red wine.
