Piment d'Espelette Jelly - this Espelette Pepper jelly is made from the famous red peppers grown near the town of Espelette in the Basque region of South West France.

This mildly spiced, delicious Piment d'Espelette jelly goes really well with cheese, patés or foie gras and for desserts, or use to deglaze gravies.

We buy our PDO espelette pepper products direct from an award-winning producer in the small town of Ainhoa, in the heart of the Basque Country who grow Espelette Pepper on plots of land approved by the National Institute of Protected Designation of Origin.
