Pink Praline, Whole (Praline Rose Entieres) - from 200g
Whole pink praline (praline rose) - these French sweets are a speciality of Lyons and consist of an apricot kernel (similar to eating an almond) with a pink sugar coating which thicker and softer then than the typical sugar coating on sugared almonds.
Pink praline are used to make the classic French pink praline tart, "Tarte au Praline Rose", but can also be used to decorate, cakes, desserts and meringues (including floating islands) or stir into cakes or brioche.
Also, of course these pink praline are delicious to just nibble with coffee! We also have crushed pink praline.
