Poivronade - a sweet bell pepper and Piment d'Espelette Sauce. Enjoy this mildly spicy sauce as a dip for raw vegetables or a sauce for meat or fish, or spread onto canapes or bread. Made from the ripened flesh of the famous red peppers grown near the town of Espelette in the Basque region of South West France.
We buy our PDO espelette pepper products direct from an award-winning producer in the small town of Ainhoa, in the heart of the Basque Country who grow Espelette Pepper on plots of land approved by the National Institute of Protected Designation of Origin.
