Pre-Cut Corn Tortillas in a 1kg catering size pack, 360 individual triangular pieces. The tortillas are imported from Mexico and are cut into 6 pieces that can then be fried to make large tortilla chips or totopos. These tortillas made with ground nixtamalised corn so are wheat free .
Long date (Jan 2023), but use within a few days of opening or simply freeze. To use from frozen, just prise one tortilla off the stack at a time and defrost in the fridge before frying.
