Rum Babas - small Italian cakes soaked in rum syrup. After baking the babas are left to dry a little before being soaked in rum. Enjoy this delicious sweet treat with on a scoop of vanilla ice cream or some whipped cream.
Made by a small family-run business who have been producing Limoncello di Sorrento since the 1930s.
