Rummo Gnocchetti Sardi - conch shaped pasta which is ridged on one side to catch lots of sauce. This Sardinian pasta shape used to be made by rolling out the dough on wicker baskets. Serve with sausage, tomato and saffron and plenty of grated pecorino.
