Salted Capers in a 250g tub - these capers in salt have more flavour than those in brine or vinegar but need a little more work. Before using, soak the capers in water for 15 minutes, rinse, then soak again.
Use in tartare sauce, salads, on pizzas, or in pasta sauces.
